Artwork & proof
Send a crest, sketch or vector file. We redraw it for TPU, silicone or woven labels and send a digital proof.

Sampling
A physical sample is made on the actual material and backing, so you can check colour, hand-feel and stitch detail.

Production
Bulk runs are scheduled with in-process checks on thread, density, alignment and colour continuity.

QC & shipping
Every carton is checked against the approved sample, packed by club/style and shipped with documents.
